Adam Evans grew up in Western Kentucky and Western Tennessee. He is the son of Nat and Rita Evans. His wife, Magan Hueter Evans, is from Henderson, TN. They met at Horizons at Freed-Hardeman University when she was fifteen and he was sixteen years old. They have been married since 2001 and have three daughters: Ema, Mary Kate, and Lilly. Adam is a graduate of Freed Hardeman University. He is a degreed accountant and has been a gospel preacher for 14 years. He has traveled on short-term evangelistic trips to India, Tanzania, Nicaragua, and Panama. His family spent over 3 years in Iringa, Tanzania, East Africa as full-time missionaries. They are responsible for building a Bible School just outside Morogoro, Tanzania. They have also translated, printed, and circulated 5 different books in Swahili throughout the country, one of which Adam co-authored. Adam continues short-term follow-up and translation work in Tanzania. He currently serves as the full-time preacher of the Valdosta Church of Christ in Tuscumbia, AL.
